Where we work
The province of Málaga is very varied, and so is its uralita. On the western Costa del Sol it is mostly garages, porches, pool houses and community roofs; in the Axarquía and the Guadalhorce valley it is fincas, water deposits and farm buildings; around Antequera, Ronda and in the Sierra de las Nieves it is often old agricultural sheds and rural houses reached by narrow tracks.
Wherever the property is, the asbestos phase is carried out by a RERA-registered subcontractor under a work plan approved by the labour authority of Málaga province, and we coordinate the rest. Town hall procedures differ from one municipality to another, so your technician should always confirm with the local ayuntamiento which procedure applies.
